Meet our 2024 Graduates

Fellowship Announcements
It is our honor to present to you our two new IFCE Fellows! IFCE Fellowships are awarded to students who score the highest on their final Capstone Project. To date the IFCE has had 5 Fellows who have all received a $500 cash infusion, a special blog announcement, a $100 paid speaking opportunity to share their insights with future students, and the choice between reimbursement for their ICF Membership, reimbursement for credentialing costs or 2 free coaching sessions with instructors. To date, we have provided over $4,500 in direct financial aid to students. Just another way we are living our commitment to economic empowerment out loud!
Rachel Zatterstrom (she/her), is a Leadership coach and the Founder of 9th Street Consulting LLC. Carrie Bero (she/her) is an internal Empower Coach and the Winter 2024 Fellow. Award for Coaching Excellence We are also thrilled to Celebrate Myisha Boyd, Co-founder of Rock Paper Scissors Consulting for receiving the Award for Coaching Excellence. Myisha was presented this award for embodying the ICF Core competencies and demonstrating outstanding leadership in business development. She took the leap and launched her own business while completing her coursework. Give Myisha a follow to learn more about her social impact coaching with women of color!
Enrollment Updates
Enrollment is picking up! We currently have 7 seats left in our Fall 2024 Cohorts. Classes kicks off the week of September 23rd and run Tuesdays from 8-11 am MT and Wednesdays from 3-6 pm MT until the week of March 17, 2025. You have the choice to attend either the AM or PM class. All cohorts will be capped at 12 students, and we will make a waiting list available if we get filled up before classes kick off!
We currently have 5 spots left in the AM class and 2 spots in our PM class. If you have attended an Info Session and are ready to enroll, join us by completing your enrollment form to start your journey. If you missed an Information Session, we have upcoming dates for September and would love to meet you! September 10th: Priority enrollment date, tuition payment or plan setup due
September 23rd: Tuesday, 8-11 am MT cohort starts

October 14th: Last day to enroll (late enrollment deadline)
December 23rd - January 7th: IFCE Closed for Winter Break

Then join IFCE Co-founders at an upcoming Info Session to learn about our ICF-accredited Life, Leadership, & Executive Coach Training Program. During the hour-long virtual session, we will discuss our curriculum, review course activities, and share our approach to affordable, inclusive, and human-centered learning. Program Overview
A reminder that we are a Level 2 program accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Our 135 hour Life, Leadership, & Executive Coach Training Program meets the coach training education requirements for those seeking an Associate Certified (ACC) or the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.
And the best part? You get tons of free coaching and business development documents, 1:1 mentorship from our team of dedicated instructors, and the opportunity to grow alongside a group of talented coaches. We also provide opportunities for economic development; in fact we have a coaching referral program for our students and have given more than $3,500 dollars in direct financial aid to students since our first cohort launched in 2021.
What can you expect?
3 hour weekly lessons for 6 months
20+ coach experience hours, including a dedicated peer coach
10 Mentor Coaching sessions (included in the price)
Learn to embody the ICF Core Competencies & Ethics
Business training, including sample contracts & financial planning templates
Complete a Capstone Project to launch your business or practice
5 - 8 hour weekly commitment (includes class time and peer coaching)

About Us
The IFCE was founded by Alexis Goggans, PCC & Christian Hartley, PCC in 2020 with the belief that coach training programs should be affordable, inclusive, and human-centered. Since 2017, Christian & Alexis have provided life, leadership, and executive coaching to leaders, organizations, and agents for social good. Together they have more than 12 years of formal experience deepening their study of coaching while running successful coaching businesses. To date, the IFCE has stewarded 7 cohorts of over 70 aspiring coaching professionals! Visit our website to learn more about our work and to meet our students.
