Level 1 Program
In March of 2025, the IFCE will launch our first ever Level-1 ICF Coach Training Program. This program satisfies the education and mentor coaching requirements for those seeking an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Graduates receive the designation, IFCE Certified Coach.
The Level 1 Program provides additional flexibility by offering two tracks: a self-paced study that begins with our Self Paced Course and provides the opportunity to add on live training after completion, and a Cohort-style program that begins and ends with a group of committed peers.

Cost: $3,500 (includes $300 registration fee). 4 and 6 month payment plans are available and incur an additional $10 processing fee.
What to Expect
Flexible, Experiential, & Human-Centered Learning

ICF Aligned Curriculum
Students will learn abou the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, and become confident and competent coaches over 15 lessons.

Flexible Schedule
This course is a mix of live and asyncrhonous learning. Student will have 8 live courses with instructors and 5 self-paced courses. Students can miss up to 3 classes.

Find your flow
Each student will define their coaching niche and approach to coaching. Access to free coaching tools and template are provided for life. All students will submit a Final Performance Evaluation to assess their coaching level.

Peer Coaching
Every student is paired with a peer coach to practice coaching fundamentals, get support, and obtain coach experience hours.

Mentor Coaching
Our program provides 10 hours of mentor coaching at no additional cost. Each student receives 3 solo mentor coaching sessions and 7 group coaching sessions.

ICF Credentialing Support
Get support for passing the ICF Credentialing exam with studying suggestions, a mock exam and community events to help prepare graduates for credentialing.
