Self Paced Course
In 2025 the IFCE will launch our first ever self-paced course. This pilot program is suitable for students seeking foundational coach training alongside a Certificate in Life, Leadership, & Executive Coaching. Students who complete this course have the option to pursue the ICF Credential via our Self-Paced Extension Program upon completion.

Course Completion Hours: 25 hours broken down over 15 Lessons

Cost: $499 for the pilot program. Mentor Coaching Sessions available for $125 per session and the Extension Program can be added for an additional $3,000.
Expectations: Students who participate in the pilot program must complete the course within 3 months and submit a course survey to receive a Certificate.
What to Expect
Flexible, Experiential, & Human-Centered Learning

ICF Aligned Curriculum
Students will learn abou the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, and become confident and competent coaches over 15 lessons.

Level 1 Add On Option
You have the option to enroll in our Level 1 Program add on program after completing your course. This will provide a pathway to the ACC ICF credential for just $3,000.

Flexible Schedule
The asynchronous course can be completed online at your own pace in approximately 25 hours. Students will have 3 months to complete this pilot program and finish the 15 lessons.

Course Activities
Each student will define their coaching niche and approach to coaching through a mix of reflection exercises, evidence-based coaching practices, and supportive videos from ICF Instructors.

Mentor Coaching
You have the option to add mentor coaching sessions to deapen your learning and coaching skills.

ICF Credentialing Support
Get support for passing the ICF Credentialing exam with studying suggestions, a mock exam and community events to help prepare graduates for credentialing.
