Christian Hartley, PCC

Christian Hartley is a Professional Certified Life Coach (PCC) on a mission to empower one million people to eliminate self-doubt by sowing the seed of confidence. She is dedicated to championing the well-being of people, businesses, and communities. As a goal-getter and Life Coach, Christian empowers clients to create balance in all areas of life by helping them identify, prioritize, and accomplish their unique goals. She believes in developing true partnership with her clients to eliminate fear and take action in their lives.

 

After 25 years of serving and supporting a number of organizations, in business management  and operation, she called upon her natural strengths of hope and judgment to launch her own professional coaching and consulting practice. As founder of TWIDWID (The Way I Do What I Do), she helps others develop resources and practical tools to advance day-to-day tasks and activities, resolve conflicts, refine perspectives, and enhance performance. Christian uses positive psychology to help clients resolve complex issues. 

 

After earning a Bachelors degree in Sociology, Christian fueled her passion for helping individuals and businesses achieve their potential by simultaneously earning her Masters degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (I/O P) and obtaining her credentials with the International Coach Federation. She is personally fulfilled by teaching life skills to young people that will allow them to become respectful and responsible adults in society. 

Alexis Goggans is a trusted instructor, a coach for social impact professionals, and a strategic equity consultant. She is co-founder of the Institute for Coaching Excellence & the mind behind Be Bold Services, a consulting firm that provides leadership coaching to social impact professionals + equity consulting to organizations advancing climate & sustainability initiatives.

Alexis is a dynamic professional with a passion for decolonization studies, systems thinking, and personal and organizational development. In the past, she has designed organizational equity assessments for regional Networks of 10,000+ members, managed Washington, D.C.'s greenhouse gas inventory, and provided more than 1,000 hours of coaching to entrepreneurs, executives, and social impact leaders. Whether working one on one or with organizations, Alexis leads with curiosity and authenticity; firmly believing that creating a better world requires bold new ways of living, working, and leading.

Alexis studied Environmental History at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She obtained a M.S. in Interdisciplinary Sustainability Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington and a certificate in Holistic Life, Career and Executive Coaching from the Goal Imagery Institute. Ms. Goggans holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Foundation + certificates in Neuro-linguistic Programming, meditation, & spiritual counseling.
