"My role is not to prescribe a rigid path but to partner with you to design A Good Life that genuinely feels like your own."

Can you tell us about yourself?

I am a Transformation Coach that recently completed my PCC-level “Life, Leadership & Executive Coaching” certification with the IFCE, an ICF-accredited institution. I’ve spent my career understanding what drives people and over time, I‘ve found myself naturally mentoring and coaching those around me. This led me to discover my true passion - partnering with individuals to transform their lives with confidence, clarity, and authenticity.

Through my coaching practice at The Good Life Club, I work with ambitious, open-minded professionals aged 21-45 who are navigating life transitions, seeking more balance, or redefining success on their own terms. My coaching framework, The Path Less Travelled, provides a structured yet flexible approach, allowing clients to set aside the societal “checklist” to define their own authentic path to success and happiness.

I follow the ICF ethics and PCC competency markers in my sessions, ensuring a safe, professional, and client-led space. My work is also deeply inspired by thought leaders such as Deb Dana, Mo Gawdat, Mel Robbins, Emily Nagoski, and Dr. Nicole LaPera, whose holistic approaches blend mind, body, and emotional well-being. Like them, I believe happiness is not just a final destination but a skill that can be nurtured through awareness, self-leadership, and aligned action. Clients who work with me typically leave feeling more confident, with higher self-esteem, greater clarity on their goals, and a stronger sense of authenticity. My role is not to prescribe a rigid path but to partner with you to design A Good Life that genuinely feels like your own.

"A seed was planted, and over the years I have sought out opportunities to support and mentor my colleagues, friends and mentees."

What motivated you to become a coach?

I have always been interested in people. I studied Sociology & Human Geography for my BA and have since carved a successful career in Marketing across Europe. In another life, I would have liked to study psychology to be a therapist, as I have really developed an interest in human behaviour as I've matured and have benefitted hugely from my own self-development work and sessions with my therapist.

In my career, as a leader, I have had the pleasure of working with coaches multiple times, who have hugely inspired me to achieve my full potential. Through these interactions, a seed was planted, and over the years I have sought out opportunities to support and mentor my colleagues, friends and mentees. As well as coaching, I am a certified mentor at The Mentoring Club, a not-for-profit which gives me a huge amount of joy.

Having completed the IFCE course, I am now excited to take my next step towards a career that really feels intuitive to me. I'm looking forward to delving into coaching, the models and theories, and learning how to help people create happy and fulfilled lives - something I strive for myself. I couldn't feel more content and at peace with my decision to train as a coach. I can't wait to get started!

What services do you offer?

My offerings are designed to help people develop the skills and mindset needed to navigate their unique path ahead. What are your core values and how do you approach coaching?

My core values are authenticity, balance and happiness. Authenticity is all about approaching our partnership with transparency, honesty and openness. Balance means working together in a sustainable and harmonious way that is nourishing to myself and those I work with. I define happiness as finding fulfillment and joy in the journey, not just the destination.

What was it like being an IFCE student?

My time with the IFCE totally surpassed my expectations. I went into the course with some trepidation - I hadn’t studied for around 14 years and was nervous about balancing it with work. I found the structure of the course to be exactly what I needed - a weekly class, which fit my schedule based in Europe, and flexibility to plan homework and peer coaching into my week.

The live class quickly became my most anticipated moment of the week. A pause from my daily life to focus on myself, my aspirations, and the interesting syllabus expertly guided by the IFCE mentors.

But above all - and I know my classmates will agree with me on this - the sense of community while navigating this transformation was central to the experience. Learning with and from a diverse group of coaches was something that I’ll take with me into my future career. And I’m happy to say we’re all still in touch and have regular meet ups to check in and peer coach each other.

What have you been up to since graduation?

Since graduation, I’ve been following my own path to a Good Life, going through a big transformation. After 10 years living in Berlin, I moved back to the UK and have been consciously working through the integration phase since. I have been experiencing this with curiosity, understanding what I - and my clients - need during this time, so I can work it into my practice. I’ve taken a step back from coaching during this time to settle and observe, but look forward to starting my business officially in June.

"The benefits of bringing coaching into your life and the ability to be guided by coaching throughout the journey, are invaluable."

What advice would you give to individuals thinking about becoming a coach?

You need to make change to make change! If coaching feels like the right direction for you- whether that’s integrating it into your current career or career changing - then follow your intuition and boldly make the first step. The benefits of bringing coaching into your life and the ability to be guided by coaching throughout the journey, are invaluable.
