Sign a Student Agreement

Thank you for completing your enrollment form! The next step in your enrollment process is signing your student agreement. Follow the instruction on this page to find the correct agreement for your program and to sign your form.
 

Instructions for Signing an Agreement

Click the appropriate link below to sign your Student Agreement. Please ensure that you are signing an agreement for the correct program. If you need assistance, click the 'Instructions" link below for a step by step breakdown of how to complete the DocHub form.  Screenshots have been included.

Once your agreement has been signed, you will be directed to a payment page where you can make your enrollment payment. Once your agreement and enrollment payment are received, we can officially hold your seat in the cohort! We look forward to getting you enrolled!

Level - 1 Student Agreement

3 month program that meets the education requirements for the Associate Certified Coach Credential

Sign Level 1 Agreement

Level - 2 Student Agreement

6 month program that meets the education requirements for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential.
