Maisha Cannon (she/her) joined the Institute for Coaching Excellence in December 2025. Maisha serves as the Enrollment Coordinator for our ICF-accredited and aligned coach training programs. Below is a summary of the programs she oversees enrollment for.

Maisha brings over 15 years of experience across recruiting, enablement, and talent leadership, with work at Google, LinkedIn, Roblox, and other high-growth organizations.
 

As a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and certified leadership coach, she blends operational rigor with a practical understanding of how change lands for real people.
 

In 2025, Maisha was named to the Most Inclusive HR Influencer List for her commitment to equitable, people-first talent development.
