Chikara Kennedy (she/her) is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), executive coach, facilitator, mediator, and leadership development consultant with more than 20 years of experience helping leaders, organizations, and individuals navigate change with clarity, confidence, and purpose. She is the Founder and CEO of Power Coaching and Consulting, where she partners with executives and organizations navigating leadership transitions, organizational change, and life's defining crossroads through executive coaching, facilitation, mediation, and immersive learning experiences.
 

Before launching her practice, Chikara held leadership roles across the United States Air Force and global organizations including Westinghouse, Siemens, Toshiba, Ernst & Young, and Meta. Her experience spans executive coaching, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, leadership development, mediation, and organizational transformation, giving her a deep understanding of both the human and systemic dynamics that shape meaningful change.
 

At the heart of Chikara's work is the belief that coaching creates the conditions for people to access their own wisdom, expand their perspective, and make intentional choices aligned with who they are becoming. She is known for creating psychologically safe spaces where clients feel both deeply supported and thoughtfully challenged, blending curiosity, compassion, strategic insight, and accountability to help leaders navigate complexity and create sustainable impact.
 

Chikara is the creator of the proprietary P.O.W.E.R. System™, a leadership and reinvention framework that helps individuals transform periods of uncertainty into opportunities for intentional growth. She also created Divorce Alchemy™, a coaching and mediation framework supporting professionals through one of life's most significant transitions. In addition to her executive coaching practice, she facilitates leadership workshops, designs transformational retreats and immersive learning experiences, and mentors developing coaches, bringing the same commitment to presence, partnership, and human potential into every learning environment.

Chikara holds a Master of Science in Administration & Human Resources from Central Michigan University and a bachelor's degree in Government and Sociology from Georgetown University. She is a certified mediator and an IFCE alumna. Her insights on leadership, career reinvention, and life's defining transitions have been featured by Business Insider, USA Today, Moneywise, and other national media.
 

When she isn't coaching or teaching, Chikara enjoys international travel, aerial yoga, ocean walks, meaningful conversations, and designing transformative experiences that inspire people to lead with greater intention, courage, and purpose.
