We are proud to officially announce our Winter 2024 Life, Leadership, & Executive Coach Training Cohort! Our 6th Cohort kicked off on January 23, 2024. Seven individuals from the United States and Canada will journey together to Master the ICF Core Competencies, define their coaching goals, and grow a thriving coaching practice over the next 6 months!
We have already enjoyed several rich discussions about coaching niches, strategies for finding new clients, and best practices for navigating power, privilege, and confidentiality in three party coaching agreements. As we head into lesson 5 next week, the students will be diving deeper into establishing and maintaining the agreement and best practices for client intake and contracting. We eagerly await the future curiosities these coaching leaders will explore together. As we always say - every single cohort is unique!

The IFCE is a Black and women-owned coach training program that has been empowering professionals with a Certificate in Life, Leadership, & Executive Coaching since 2020. Our 135-hour program is ICF accredited and meets the coach training requirements for those seeking an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) or Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.
