Exciting news about our Life, Leadership, & Executive Coaching Program

After two years of hard work and 5 months of careful review by assessors, we are thrilled to announce that our 132-hour Life, Leadership, & Executive Coaching Program has been accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Not only is our program fully accredited, we offer an accelerated path to obtaining a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the ICF. Our all inclusive program also offers 10 hours of mentor coaching, 35+ hours of coaching practice, and flexible class options that work around your schedule.

The Institute for Coaching Excellence was founded by Alexis Goggans, PCC & Christian Hartley, PCC in 2020 with one mission -- to train a cohort of diverse coaches who embody and lead their clients towards excellence.

Since 2017 Christian & Alexis have provided life, career, and executive coaching to emerging leaders, organizations, and agents for social good. Together they have more than 8 years of formal experience deepening their study and practice of coaching, while running successful coaching businesses. We are excited to offer our experience, insights, and skills to teach others who feel compelled to answer the call to coach.
