She is dedicated to championing the well-being of people, businesses, and communities. She believes in developing true partnership with her clients to eliminate fear and take action in their lives.

After 25 years of serving and supporting a number of organizations, in business management  and operation, she called upon her natural strengths of hope and judgment to launch her own professional coaching and consulting practice. As founder of TWIDWID (The Way I Do What I Do), she helps others develop resources and practical tools to advance day-to-day tasks and activities, resolve conflicts, refine perspectives, and enhance performance. Christian uses positive psychology to help clients resolve complex issues.

After earning a Bachelors degree in Sociology, Christian fueled her passion for helping individuals and businesses achieve their potential by simultaneously earning her Masters degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (I/O P) and obtaining her credentials with the International Coach Federation. She is personally fulfilled by teaching life skills to young people that will allow them to become respectful and responsible adults in society.
